Access to the Website will grant the condition of user (hereinafter, the “User”).
The User who accesses the Website accepts, without reservation or exception, all the conditions in force and published on the Website at the time of access (hereinafter, the “General Terms of the Website”).

Terms and conditions for Whisperers
As the authorizing person, I DECLARE, CONSENT, AND GUARANTEE that:
1. I have been duly informed of my participation in the project (hereinafter referred to as the "Project") promoted by AROUND THE WORLD ART, S.L (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), with C.I.F.: B55408660 and with its registered office at Calle Sebastián El cano, 37, Loft 29, 28012, Madrid. The Project consists in a guide on art experiences worldwide based on the opinions of the participants with the intention of publishing it by the Company.
2. My participation in the Project includes being mentioned as a collaborator, as well as the publication of the content I generate, all under the terms described in this document.
3. Any statement, intervention, evaluation, and other information (hereinafter referred to as the "Content") that I provide during my participation in the Project will be real, truthful, and verified. It must not include any fake information or that infringes the rights of third parties, guaranteeing its peaceful use for the Project.
4. I authorize and transfer to the Company any intellectual property rights or similar rights over the Content, worldwide, and indefinitely and free of charge, for the purposes of reproduction, public communication, making available to the public, distribution, transformation, and the creation of a database for any purpose related to the Project. This includes the ability to transfer or license, exclusively or non-exclusively, free or remunerated, in whole or in part, to any third party such as, but not limited to, publishers, platforms, media, or parties interested in the Project.
5. Specifically, and without limitation, I guarantee that the Company or third-party assignees or licensees may exploit the Content resulting from the Project and each of its elements and components, either jointly or separately, for dissemination through various physical or digital media and channels, such as websites, social media profiles, platforms, databases, audio or video systems, media, publishing projects—such as analog or digital books, audiobooks,podcasts, among others—and advertising for the Project, or any medium or format suitable for the dissemination of the Content.
6. The contribution of the Content does not imply that the Company will exploit it, and nothing can be claimed by me if it is not ultimately used.
7. I consent to the processing of the personal data provided through this authorization document and I am informed and accept that: a) the legal standing is my consent; b) the purpose to process my personal data are -in the case of my email and telephone number to be contacted by the Company for more information about the art world to be used only in the Project, -in the case of my name and surname, to be contacted and to be quoted if a list of credits of collaborators of the Project is finally published in the terms described to the Content, and in the case of the city -optional and not publishable- to be used anonymously in the Project with analytic purposes; c) Personal data will be treated with due diligence and security and in compliance with current legal provisions; the data will be retained for the necessary period to fulfill legal obligations and responsibilities unless their retention is necessary for legally justified reasons, in which case such data will be blocked and accessible only for legally established requirements; d) The publication and/or dissemination of personal data in the indicated media and communication channels may involve the communication of data to any third party with access to them, and when carried out through media accessible without geographical limitation, such as, for example, the Internet, third parties located outside the European Economic Area may access the data; e) My personal data may be transferred to third parties only if related to or interested in the Project, such as publishers, platforms, service providers, or media; f) I am informed that I can exercise the following rights: access, rectification, cancellation, limitation of processing, opposition, and data portability, by writing to info@the99.art, with the reference "Data Protection. Exercise of rights,". If I don't want to be quoted in the credits, I can also write to this email. I also have the right to file a complaint with the AEPD if I believe that there is a violation in the protection of my personal data.
8. The terms of this authorization and the Project in which my participation is framed are strictly confidential, and I commit not to disclose or transmit to third parties any information related to: the content of this authorization, the information that has been provided to me in relation to the Project, directly or indirectly, verbally, in writing, or by any other means or through any medium, whether before, during, or after the signing of this document, whether this information is the property of the Company and/or any third party, without any limitation. I am informed that theinformation I provide to the Company in the Content will be published in the Project materials but will not be associated with my person, my recommendations will be anonymous.
9. This authorization has been agreed upon between independent persons, who maintain their full responsibility and will individually respond to any obligations they acquire, whether or not they result from the fulfillment of this authorization, be they commercial, fiscal, labor, administrative, among others. Consequently, I assume that there is no legal linkage or dependency on the Company.
10. The Company may transfer this authorization document or its rights or obligations to third parties.
12. Any dispute regarding the interpretation or execution of this document will be resolved according to Spanish legislation and jurisdiction, in the Courts of Madrid.
